5 ACRE POLLINATOR HABITAT
Part of our mission when we started beekeeping was to give bees and all pollinators a place to thrive. We teamed up with the Bee and Butterfly Habitat fund and planted a 5 acre habitat so our bees have access to native pollen and nectar sources throughout the year.

Not only does this habitat support our honeybees, it also supports a number of native bees, butterflies, birds and other wild life.
MSU CASE STUDY
Our habitat was featured in a case study presented by MSU Extension. We co-wrote an article on how our pollinator habitat was installed and how we maintain it. If you're interested in planting your own large scale habitat then please view the article at MSU Extension
We also participated in a Webinar which showcased our habitat and allowed us to show the process of prepping the land, seeding and maintaining the habitat. The webinar can be found on YouTube
